The development of physical education was established under the institute of education with the aim to promote Physical education. The department conducts the study programs or BP.ED, BPE, MP.ED and Ph.D in physical education. The department is well equipped with modern infrastructure and includes activities like basket ball, volley ball, badminton, table-tennis, lawn tennis, hockey, cricket and indigenous games with 400 mtr athletic track. Department have fully qualified and experienced faculty with specialization in games & sports.
