INSTRUCTIONS

1. Apply online through google form only..

2. Convocation gown collect from the Registration counter at the University Campus on arrival, Convocation gown Rs. 500/- as security money and Rs. 300/- will be refunded after returning the gown without any damage.

3. Participation in Rehearsal on February 12th, 2024 at 03:00 P.M. is compulsory. Please plan to reach in time to avoid inconvenience.

4. Food and accommodation will be provided free of cost on 12th and 13th February 2024 only for students/ scholars only.

5. Accompanying persons will be charged Rs. 1000/ per day per person (depends on availability of accommodation in the University campus.)
